The link to download this house is over here: www.thesims3.com For some reason , every time I open up the game to work on the house, the plants around the area end up in places where they shouldn’t be. I speak of the plants above the entrance to the house… it has something to do with MO but I don’t know how to fix it, So I’ve had to reomve the plants above so next best idea! I’m still not happy with the overall hose design, but I’ve stuck with it, I’ll probably clean up the colours and stuff later though. Kitchen isn’t placed the best, neither is the dining area, probably clean that up next part too. So I’m not particularly happy with the house so far, but we’ll what the end product looks like! Avalon Grande took 9-10 hours to build altogether and costs $308 000 furnished and $151 unfurnished. Enjoy!!!!

Hooray for NO planning in fact! thanks to the CFE I cant place tiling in front of the door so I placed a rug there to cover the grass… I’m still unhappy with the colours and I’ll keep playing around with them once I’ve got the basic colour scheme for the entire lot right. Also, apparently using MO makes objects sink through the ground or something, and the architecture isn’t the greatest either, I should’ve mention earlier that the house is for 7 sims; mum, dad, 3 girls and 2 boys. As you can tell by that pillar on the ground floor, I’m using the island counter thing, I may also clean up the rooms because I wasn’t really thinking when I was placing them. I need a name for the house too, suggestions? Real suggestions? Avalon Grande took 9-10 hours to build altogether and costs $308 000 furnished and $151 unfurnished. =] Enjoy!!!

The link to download this house is over here: www.thesims3.com Yay! After a few days of not playing and being in a creative block I’ve managed to pull this off!!! If you/ve seen the video before this then you’d have seen my attempt at making a waterfall…. and it bumming out on me =\ I’ve decided to leave the waterfall out of this house because of space limitations so I’ll add it into house 18, whatever that is… I’ve recently joined a group of super advanced sim builders on the Sims 3 site (forum.thesims3.com who’ve given me awesome ideas and stuff which I will use for all my future works. I’ve also started using CFE (constrainFloorElavtion) a lot more and well as MO (moveobjects) – keep up with the acronyms – which are purely for aesthetic purposes. I was supposed to have built on foundations so the pool and the fence were on a real deck instead of lowered terrain, but its too late to change it now, the house plan itself has had to change because I used the wrong lot so it’s now going to be on the left side, it’s going to be a challenge but we’ll see how it ends up!
